02 堪培拉州担保申请程序
查询过自己的职位是否在列表上后，我们来一起了解一下堪培拉州担保的申请程序。
1. 申请eoi
Before completing the Canberra Matrix, you must be eligible to apply for a skilled migration visa toAustralia. You must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to migrate to Australia through theDepartment of Home Affairs SkillSelect.在完成Canberra Matrix之前，您必须有资格申请澳大利亚的技术移民签证。您必须提交意向书（EOI），才能通过移民局SkillSelect部移民到澳大利亚。

You are not eligible for ACT nomination if you, your spouse/partner or children areliving or working in another Australian state or territory.

3. 申请matrix
以上工作做完后，我们需要申请matrix之前，首先查看自己的matrix打分是否足够。以下是详细表格加分项
ACT堪培拉的州担保在于matrix分数高低，eoi其次。所以matrix分数高但eoi没有那么高的同学反而可能优先被获邀。 matrix打分对于本地毕业生是有很大优势的，以及对于外省毕业生在堪培拉读一年py也有优势。以下我们举几个例子。
A. 小明是堪培拉本地的it毕业生，如何申请堪培拉州担保呢？
首先我们来打分。critical skill list 20分+英语7分10分+硕士毕业15分+6个月工作时长5分+act堪培拉学习3年15分+act堪培拉居住3年15分， 共80分
B. 小明在维州完成了it硕士课程，来堪培拉读py
critical skill list 20分+英语7分10分+硕士毕业15分+一年工作时长10分+act堪培拉py学习1年5分+act堪培拉居住1年5分， 共65分
C. 小明在维州完成了it硕士课程也读完了py。
这种情况需要有配偶的加分支持。除去B里面的加分，需要有配偶学历5分+配偶英语7加5分。共65分。
D. 小明在维州完成it硕士课程也读完了py，也没有配偶。
这种情况需要到act从事it高度相关工作至少3个月，即可得到额外的20分，总分为70分。
